The Ralc Italia assistance kit is an innovative system consisting of latest generation sensors that make complex measurements on the cutting heads.
Thanks to software managed by the Ralc Italia electronics department, the collected data is processed and presented in graphs made available to the client.
Vibration, temperature, reducer oil quality (through filter in bypass) measurements are made immediately after construction. They can also be repeated on request of the client (for a fee) at regular intervals, making it possible to assess the conditions of the reducer and promptly carry out any necessary maintenance.
